This course introduces the theology and practice of evangelism for those pursuing the vocational deaconate. The goal of this course is to contribute to the formation of an evangelistic vision and heart that can engage in missions with cultural sensitivity and awareness. This course will focus less on the techniques of evangelism and instead focus on the deeper concerns of vision, heart, compassion, presence, and the boldness to share the gospel message with friends, neighbors, and people in need.
